Ball Games
Scottish Hockey has appointed Team39 to develop more materials for their Stronger Game programme – putting the development of the individual player first. We’ll be creating some intro guidelines and area-specific booklets, to help all those involved in hockey to get the best out of themselves and their game.
Check out their site to find out more about Stronger Game and to get involved with Scottish Hockey.
So much for the diet then…
Back after the Christmas break, full of positive thought and action plans for a better lifestyle and what appears in the studio? A great big box of tasty snacks. So much for the good intentions then! The box is a new vending idea for offices from newstart client Honesty Snax. It’s a great concept, which basically relies on people to pay the correct amount into a tin to buy a snack. the difference with Honesty Snax being that a percentage of profits goes to children’s charity, Dreams 4 u. The strapline “Snacking has never been so good!” pretty much sums it up, although not if your New Years resolution was to stop snacking. Fortunately they’re going to be providing three different Honesty Snax boxes; The “naughty” box. (That’s what we’ve got), the “nice” box (healthier snacks) and the “naughty & nice” box (half & half).
Honesty Snax approached 39steps to design their corporate identity and stationery. We came up with a friendly, light-hearted logo, which uses fresh colours to get across the good intentions of the brand. Business cards, letterheads and stickers for the boxes were created.
We hope it works out for them and look forward to getting a “nice” box as soon as possible!

School of Informatics banner
It’s always great when a client calls out of the blue to say they’re really chuffed with what we’ve done – and that’s what happened yesterday with Edinburgh Uni’s School of Informatics. Here’s their new pop-up banner in all its glory. Designed to create an impact within the reception area and at trade fairs, it certainly stands out. Thanks Duncan!
